Personal Assistant
Locations: Ibadan
Job Purpose: The job entails providing general administrative support
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the effective time management of day
? Calendaring for internal and external meetings, meeting preparation, meeting materials and background, responding to requests without direct involvement of Principal
? Provide effectively and timely problem resolution to matters that fall within scope of responsibility such as assigned projects, tasks, programs,
? Establish effective relationships with associates and external business connections (maintain contact files, profile updates, etc.)
? Foster a successful and professional environment by modelling high standard of professionalism in the work performed and displayed.
? Scheduling and driving the calendar meetings and managing calendars
? Providing general administrative support: answering phones, etc.
? Making travel arrangements for executives
? Preparing and reviewing detailed monthly expense reports
Education/Experience:
? A Bachelor’s degree
? Minimum of 2 years as an Executive Personal Assistant a must
? Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; prioritization and
Efficiency
? Computer savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
