Solve technical problems, identify solutions, maintain equipment, and monitor compliance with safety regulations and procedures. This job puts you outside and in position for rewarding possibilities.

A high school diploma or equivalent, appropriate licensing and experience as a Completions Operator Associate, Service Operator and Level I & II Service Specialist are required for this position. Must be able to develop and demonstrate the ability to run new technology as it becomes available.

Leap29 is currently working with a Global Operator based in Nigeria. They currently have an opportunity for a Completion Supervisor consultant to join their team on a long term contract.

Responsibilities will include

Responsible for onshore well completion planning.Ensure optimization of completion plans.Provide charts of well completion performance for daily review, and engineering reports for the company aswell as reports for NAPIMS and DPR.Ensure tool selection is correct and meets all QA/QC requirements.

Requirement
To be suitable for this position, you will need to have the following background

Minimum 8- 10 years experience.CWI Round I and Round II or equivalent trade testDemonstrated success in a similar CWI position is requiredExperience in well completions design and programming and the application of DCAFKnowledge of subsea systems and IWOCS (BOP's, Riser, controls etc.).Good working knowledge and experience with the standard suite of well engineering software including:(i) WellCat (ii) Prosper (iii) EDM (iv) Well Plan for Windows (iv) Stress Check

CDI Corporation has a live contract for a Field Completion Engineer to join a major Oil & Gas Operator based in West Africa. The role is based on a 28/28 rotation and interviews are happening immediately.

Field Completion Engineer works as part of a functional group that supports asset teams. This position will be required to support and supervise the execution of the completion operations onsite (rig). The position is responsible for performing technical completion engineering for well design, well planning, operations support and review of rig requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in EngineeringMinimum of ten years experience in completion design and operation experience planning and executing completions offshore (shallow water).Proven competency in completion design, planning, and execution of variety of sand control completions (e.g. frac pack, gravel pack, expandable screens, stand alone screens) and artificial lift (e.g. gas lift, ESP).A valid WellCap Well Control Certificate is required.Fluent in reading, writing and speaking EnglishStrong communication and leadership skills for interaction with technical employees in the work group, their peers, and internal and external customers.
