Our client is a reputed group with strong presence in Nigeria. The group is mainly dealing into FMCG, Consumer durables, chemicals and hospitality. We are looking for Project Manager who have handled 5 Star Hotel Projects
This position would be fully responsible for the 5 Star internationally recognized hospitality project
Candidate would be handling his team, negotiating with vendors, contractors, handling BOQs, interacting with international architects, understanding drawings, preparing budget, clear communication, adaptable personality
Experience Level :More than 10 - 15 years of experience in the field of construction & well versed with planning, execution, liaison, reputable 5 star internationally recognized hospitality projects.
Education in BE Civil, over 40 years in age
