Job Description

Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.Guide and lead team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed the customer requirements.Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers.Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.Carry out customer feedback survey.Develop and update client related reports.Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.Negotiate and manage agreements through business contract process.Educates customers on our product lines.Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

An intern/Youth Corp member with Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Relevant experience of data entryStrong analytical skills and good interpersonal skills;Ability to deliver excellent results both working independently and as part of a teamGood communication, presentation, and reporting skills;Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint;

Job Purpose:

To ensure the reduction of breakdown on Secondary Manufacturing Department (SMD) and Filter Rod Department (FRD) machines and achieve maximum availability and OEE through effective provision of electrical support to all SMD production equipment in line with best practices, at an effective cost, in a hygienic and safe working environment.

Principle Accountabilities :

Provide technical support to production machines in SMD and FRD.Ensure maximum machine availability and efficiency through prompt attendance to electrical issues on the machineProvide in-house training to electro technical staff when the need arises to improve technical skill.Implement Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) audit recommendations and ensure all guards are intact and working.Attend to technical call out request from SMD Cell Managers.Ensures month on month reduction in electrical downtime in the CellImplementation of downtime analysis of SMD machines in the CellEnsure electrical issues are resolved and captured dailyEnsure all checks and reports are up to dateEnsure faults are fix as soon as it happenedEnsure Cigarette Inspection Device and Waste Measuring Control Units are optimized for better performanceEnsure all quality parameters and detectors are optimized and maintained to ensure waste is minimized.Effective and efficient deployment of resources.Ensure downtime and root cause analysis is done regularlyEnsure spares usage is controlled, captured and reviewed .Ensure that there is adequate communications about pending jobs for other shifts to follow - the description of such pending jobs must be clear, concise and technical in nature to aid in
problem solvingContinuously looking for better ways of carrying out repair and resolving issues
Installing new and existing equipment upgrade
