Job Description

To run subsea equipment offshore to allow the Client to conduct successful, safe operations.Successful tool runs allowing Client to complete operations safely with minimum ‘down time’.Ensure equipment to be fit for purpose.Accurate completion of Client Service Records.Meaningful and constructive appraisals to be made for subordinates to allow assessments to be carried out.To broaden scope of knowledge to become a more flexible member of the team.To be able to conduct subsea operations unsupervised.Assist other Expro services as and when appropriate.

Additional Information

Typical operations include well tests, wireline/coiled tubing interventions,  running completions deep water operations and Lubricator valve operationsThe successful candidate must posses an HND or Bachelor of Engineering with minimum of 3 years oil and gas industry experience in deep water completions operations.

Port Harcourt - Operations

Overall purpose of the Job

Assists during all phases of the rigging up and down of well test equipment on work locations for the purpose of providing services during the well testing and clean up phase of a well.  This is an intermediate, progressing role that requires development of advanced knowledge of operations and equipment.  The job develops increasing competencies in well test operations and services and routinely works in more than one type of well site as assigned by the Supervisor.

Principal Accountabilities

Ensures a safe and healthy environment at the worksite through the effective application of the Company's HSEQ systems.
Completion of all HSEQC and Operational Documentation required to be completed during and after each Well test operation and delivering the same to the Well Test Operations Manager for his review.
Performs cleaning, operational testing and pressure testing of equipment during the pre job procedures
Prepares and packing ancillary equipment to be used for the job
Performs pre/post job equipment inspections
Performs and completes ongoing and preventative maintenance procedures
Assembles and prepares equipment for installation and service
Completes tasks as directed in the clean up and preparation for the next job
Ensures completion of all required documentation relating to equipment and personnel in the course of the operations performed.
To ensure professional and helpful attitude towards all customer representatives and crew.
Assists in training junior operators with instructions and guidance from supervisor in how to train.

Overall purpose of the Job

Assists during all phases of the rigging up and down of well test equipment on work locations for the purpose of providing services during the well testing and clean up phase of a well.  This is a break-out role that requires advanced knowledge of operations and equipment.  This is a more responsible position in well testing and routinely works in more than one type of well site as assigned by the Supervisor.  The job can be responsible for managing shift crews on location and providing operational support to management and to assist in the training and development of junior operational personnel.

Principal Accountabilities

Ensures a safe and healthy environment at the worksite through the effective application of the Company's HSEQ systems.
Completion of all HSEQC and Operational Documentation required to be completed during and after each Well test operation and delivering the same to the Well Test Operations Manager for his review.
Provides some task supervision over junior crew and to ensure that all personnel engaged in the task have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the tasks to be performed.
Acts as shift focal point at the worksite between all crew members, subcontracting personnel and the client representative in the absence of the supervisor.
Provides input to the planning for the job including equipment set-up, well site direction and customer-related support activities.

Overall Purpose of the Job

Provide accounting function to management and ensure financial information is as complete, timely and accurate as possible.

Principal Accountabilities

Actively ensure that his/her own health & safety and the health & safety of all fellow workers or other workers is preserved at all times
Ensures full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all relevant Company / Customer HSE Handbooks, HSE Procedures and emergency procedures.

Compliance with Expro  International Accounting policies & Procedures and the Corporate Compliance and Business Ethics Manual.
To provide assistance in the preparation of monthly financial results and day to day accounting for all service lines.
Interface with Client and ensure that invoices are accurately billed and followed up with Client for payment

Preparation of inter company invoices and maintenance of inter company unbilled accounts.
Prepare and submit additional information as required by Area management and region Office.

Job Context and Main Activities

The job holder reports directly to Area Finance Manager and works to strict accounting deadlines. To provide support to all service lines in relation to accurate and timely invoicing the client for completed job and inter company invoicing. Follow up on clients for payment of invoices.

Job Challenges
Strict deadlines and especially month end reports, lots of traveling within location and outside location to visit clients.


Job Knowledge and Experience/Education

Good knowledge of significant accounting package.
Advanced computer skills including Excel. SAP etc would be advantage.
Must be self motivated and be able to work effectively to strict deadlines
The successful candidate would be a National Youth Service Corps with a degree in Accounting
