Your Duties will include:

•Coordinating logistics, meetings, schedule and travel arrangements
•Proactively managing a wide range of administration function for the organization, CEO
•Facilitating timely communication, correspondence and presentation
•To provide financial and operational support to the Director
•Manage expenses
•General administration support
•Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders/internal and external contacts
•General ad hoc duties (Stationary, filing, correspondence)

ICSL is recruiting individuals that are skilled and can provide tactical management, administration and leadership throughout project teams for the position of a project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate must possess 3+ years of related business experience (project manager and/or equivalent). *Extensive experience with Agile project management in a high technology or Internet-based software
* development environment.
*Good customer focus, attitude and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
*A thorough understanding of generic Project Life Cycle management controls.
*Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
*Ability to manage and delegate work as part of a team in a matrix environment.
*Agile experience is required.
