Main Purpose of the role

To provide G2Manalytical support to the marketing and sales teams across Africa as weimplement a globally standardized. The analysts will follow a global playbookand work closely with the G2M project manager and local businessrepresentatives in local markets to provide actionable plans on how to improvePhilips' competitive position.
Key Accountabilities:
Set up and monitor consumer quantitativesurveys, focus groups, trade surveys and market sizing research
Analysis of consumer surveys to understandhow product and service offerings should be adjusted to maximize Philips'performance in the local market
Detailing out network coverage model incurrent distributor set-up and performing analysis to segment currentdistribution partners
Analyze the distribution landscape in thelocal market and assist in new distributor selection
Analyze retailer/consumer surveys tounderstand the key differentiators in the local market that drive purchasingbehavior of Philips customers and consumes
Defining of KPIs and incentives packagesthat should be used for the sales force
Segmentation of local Philips accountsinto different tiers – identifying the key accounts that require the mostattention
Stakeholder management
Influencing key stakeholders to driveconclusions with Business basis data & analyses
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent verbal, written, presentationand interpersonal skills

3 – 5 years’ experience as aConsultant / Business Analyst / Marketing Intelligence / Researcher on go-to-marketingprojects in a large multinational  FMCG /Consumer Services / Telecommunications organization. (Essential)
Fluency in Business English (Essential)
Willingness to travel in / outside theregion up 25%-40% (Essential)
