Technical Presales Specialist

Responsibilities  

Include but not limited to:

Advice client on products and services tailored to meet client requirements.Offer technical consultancy on I.T ServicesProvide in depth TCO/TCA analysis to customers as regards I.T business requirementsCustomer relationship management, Incident Management and corporate clients’ management.Develop and position attractive I.T solutions to enterprise clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other I.T related disciplineUnderstanding of I.T Solutions including Windows Server, Office 365 and client OSAbility to recommend relevant hardware which exceed business requirementAt least one year experience in a similar position.

Web Designer / Graphic Artist

Responsibilities

Collaborate with other members of the design team.Produce e-commerce advertising art for use on various platforms. Including Facebook, Twitter and Google +.

Qualifications

Proficient use of Adobe Design Suite, HTML, CSS, Microsoft Word & Excel.Must possess very strong visual communication skillsMust be able show skill level via portfolio of previous work.
