Requirements Good first degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying MBA will be an added advantage Age: 35 years and above Minimum of 7 years working experience spanning Construction Industry Must have relevant experience on project Costing/Cost Control Must have the ability to define Project Timeline & Schedule with appropriate resources Must be a team player and be ready to work without supervision Computer skills in MS Excel, Work, Project and Primavera The use of Auto CAD and Quick Books will be an added advantage
