MISSION OF THE ROLE

To manage the assigned clients to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded for product and after sales services. To grow revenues and improve P&L in each account. To improve and develop customer relationships and enlarge the client base promoting the brand across the country. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maximise annual revenues from assigned accounts

- Target new accounts to maximise sales opportunities

- Work with the General Manager to improve the P&L on each account

- Manage and develop accounts by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers

- Deal appropriately with customers complaints

REQUIREMENT

- Education: A level and vocation HND or degree

- Proven track record in sales in relevant industry sector

- Negotiation skills and sale technique

- Long term customer relationship approach 

- Communication and presentation skills

- Regular user of MS Office

- This is an ideal role for someone with experience in sales the luxury segment market (2-3 years)

- Your clients will be both private and corporate accounts. You need to be sales oriented, motivated to meet the target and challenge yourself.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:

You should ideally have a degree in physiotherapy/wellness/sport field with previous supervisory experience, preferably within a five star international hotel.You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and positively contribute to sales activities along with the ability to solve problems effectively.Computer knowledge is a must.Previous African and preopening experiences are preferred and a track record of career progress and stability is an essential.

Knowledge & Competencies:

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a good wellness/sport background and excellent customer focused attitude.
