Job Title: Specialist Project Delivery
Location: Lagos, NG
Job Summary
Manage end-to-end fulfilment of bespoke customer solution requests and implementation of all customer deployments
Principal Functions Provide support on all pre-sales inputs - including technical solution design specifications, solution pricing, project delivery schedule, initial terms and conditions and overall scope of work for all customer requests, tenders/ bids and any standard or non-standard solution implementation Manage the process for defining clients' technical requirements in conjunction with the clients, Etisalat Nigeria's internal teams and supporting vendors/ service providers Co-ordinate all technical sales activities and ensure synergy with other teams outside of Business Segment - including IT, Engineering, Network Operations, Finance, Commercial Planning and Product Development Manage solution deployment projects end-to-end across all business workstreams Provide technical and system solution support to the Business Segment team (including Corporate Sales) Identify and tailor technical solutions to suit client needs Manage and ensure proper dissemination of technical information, solution descriptions and statements of work to entire Corporate and Retail salesforce Design training materials on new solutions for use by the Corporate Sales and Retail teams
Educational Requirements First degree in Engineering or Computer Science Relevant post-graduate qualifications and/ or certifications - including Cisco certifications - will be an added advantage
Experience, Skills & Competencies Between three (3) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience - with at least one (1) year in technical pre-sales and/ or project management Ideal candidate must demonstrate competencies in the following areas: Strong knowledge of IP Technology, Enterprise Architecture and Network Systems Strong understanding of Transmission media (fibre and microwave systems) Good knowledge of teleco infrastructure, services, systems and processes
