Location: Lagos

Job Description
Can you identify clients’ needs through thoroughly understanding client specific categories? Can you take ownership for all clients follow up, logging actions at all times and ensure flawless execution of clients’ projects? Are you very strong on effective communication to sell company services, and maintain solid client relationships by handling their concerns with speed and professionalism? Do you have the ability to manage potential and existing relationships with clients by providing excellent marketing advice and services that add value to clients while minimizing costs and risks to the Agency?

Would von be interested in the following?
Keep up to date status records with all aspects of clients’ business and market related influences. Establish the most appropriate resolution to the clients’ needs in accordance with all established procedures, quality targets and standards. Contribute to the effective planning for long and short term strategic objective both for his/her direct team and for the company as a whole. Be responsible for directing, motivating, leading and developing team members to attain high standards of performance. Work closely with managers in other departments, such as creative, operations etc. on updating policies and procedures for client services and also ensure the effective utilization of resources to achieve set objectives. Participating with senior teammates on client calls for increased knowledge and competency


Required knowledge, skills and abilities Good knowledge of the Market and Competition analysis Good multitasking ability Good analytical and problem solving skills Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other applications Strategic Thinking & Marketing Effective management of client portfolios


Qualification
A good first degree in any discipline with minimum of 8 years post qualification experience in Brand Management, Clients Service or related roles which-includes minimum of 3 years as senior management
