Responsibilities
This training which will take place in Port Harcourt Nigeria is geared towards preparing the Graduate Trainee for other responsibilities in the organisation. Relying on classroom and practical learning methods, the programme will help participants develop skills required in the process management customer service industry.
Qualification
A minimum of a second class degree in Electrical / Electronics or Petroleum Engineering. Must have completed NYSC by March 2014. Should not be more than 32 years old by June 30, 2014.
Skills required
Must possess a keen investigative mind, be able to anticipate customer requirements and deliver excellent customer service. Must be flexible in terms of location.
