Auditor
Responsibilities
Provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting service to managementDevelop and maintain a charter for the Internal Audit functionChecking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliableEnsuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied withGauge levels of financial risk within the organization and advise the management as appropriate
Skill Requirements and Qualifications
B.Sc/HND in Accounting or a related disciplineA professional qualification in ICAN, ACCA etc is requiredMinimum of three 3 - 5 years experienceA keen interest in the financial system combined with excellent commercial awarenessAbility to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours when neededHigh level of self-motivation, determination and confidence in your abilitiesMeticulous attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office ApplicationsProblem-solving and analytical skills.
