Productions Manager (Furniture Manufacturing)
Responsibilities
Ensure the effective day-to-day operations of company overall production operationsEstablish the performance and production standards for the company, all divisions, all operations and all personnelVerify all products are manufactured to correct standard and specification and meet the highest quality standardsEnsure effective equipment operation, maintenance, evaluation and acquisition; as well as inventory managementDelegate responsibilities to appropriate subordinates in order to benefit from smooth running of operations
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
B.Sc/HND in a relevant disciplineMinimum of 5 - 7 years experience in the furniture industry.Concern for Order & QualityKnowledge of Quality ManagementKnowledge of furniture manufacturing and new trends and techniques in the furniture industryAbility to manage and coordinate furniture production in the most efficient mannerAbility to coordinate production staffs to deliver quality products that can compete with international standards
