Senior Contract Manager

Responsibilities

Reviews all contract documents to ensure proper managing of the relevant risk profilesAdministration of on-going main contract and subcontracts in accordance with Company procedureEnsure that all contractual procedures are implemented and maintainedPrepares correspondence and maintains records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all contractual mattersAssists in preparation and managing of contract change and claim analysis and resolutionEnsure all warranty, bonds, insurances, guarantees ,etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract and subcontractsInvestigates problems and recommends corrective actionHandles all contract close out procedures .

Qualification and Experience

A degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Economics or Project Management from a reputable universityMinimum of 10 years applicable experience preferably in fertilizer Ipipeline projectsSpecialized knowledge in Contract lawStrong negotiation skillsDetail-oriented and high productivityExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsGood Interpersonal skllsResult-oriented attitude

Junior Contract Manager

Responsibilities
