Skills and Competency Requirements are:

Strong use of English language in both verbal and written.Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft OfficeMust be analytical and keen to details.Ability to talk while encoding data on the computer.Must be patient and courteousAble to professionally take constructive criticismDemonstrates good conflict resolution skillsWorks well in a high volume, fast paced environmentAble to work effectively without supervisionAble to sit for up to eight hours
