· Manage operational workflow of reporting requests.
· Find opportunities to automate report generation.
· Determine strategy for how to best reach customers with reporting information.
· Participate in Analytics and Reporting Team management activities.
· Develop talent and coaches peers and others to develop their capabilities.
· Manage all aspect of human resources.
Job Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree required.
· Expertise in all phases of systems development and BI Solutions.
· Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
· Excellent presentation, technical writing, and/or training skills.
· Presents complex concepts clearly and effectively to executive level audiences.
· Recognizes and accurately defines cross-disciplinary issues.
