Our client, a company Manufacturing High Quality Furniture seeks to recruit a Sales & Marketing Manager

Qualification:

B.Sc. or HND in Marketing from a recognized institution.An MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.Five to ten years’ experience in marketing, some of which should be in a company selling furniture or allied products.

Job Objective: 
Reporting to the General manager, the candidate must be able to develop and implement a Marketing Plan and strategy aimed at capturing 10% of the market share of the furniture business in Nigeria by growing market share by 100% year on year. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 
1.    Evolve a strategy that continuously ensures consistent growth and profitability 
2.    Document the Marketing Plan and execute the plan. 
3.    Provide leadership for the marketing and sales team and propel the team towards achieving targets set by the company. 
4.    Develop Sales projections for the company in line with the marketing plan 
5.    Prepare Weekly and Monthly Marketing and Sales Reports 

the person:

Must be in excellent health, energetic, entrepreneurial, self-confident, quality oriented, assertive and proactive.Must have integrity.Must be between the range of 35 and 45 years of ages

Skills & Attributes:

Punctual, Must be computer literate.Must have great time management skills and have the ability to prioritize projects
