Job Description

Coordinate and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of all HR data and business data.Develop and maintain large scale datasets using SPSS, SAS and other technical tools to mine data, as needed.Expert in MS Office, statistics software (eg, SAS, SPSS), and spreadsheet applicationsLeads complex projects focused on workforce research.Mentor less experienced workforce analystsConsolidate and present workforce analysis and information to senior/executive leadership.

Job Qualifications

M.S degree in quantitative disciplines such as Finance or StatisticsAdvanced knowledge of HRIS, Performance Management, Application, and other HR systems and processes a plusUnderstanding of HR business principles, practices, systems and procedures
