Design, test, troubleshoot, and oversee implementation of new processes.Design and install retrofits to existing systems and troubleshoot hardware, software, and instrument problems.Oversee the largr production picture.Create and implement new strategies to improve process efficiency as well as support start-up activities.Create or maintain automation processes.

Job Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree.4 years experience needed.Leadership experience and skills needed.Conflict resolution skills needed.Ability to make use of automated manufacturing hardware, or computer applications.
