Our Client is a multinational transportation and logistics company.

We are recruiting to fill the below position:

Customer Service Sales Support
Role

The role is designed to foster relationships and to retain more profitable business by assisting in ensuring new and existing vendors receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities

Manage the Company's interactions with Vendors and End UsersTake inbound service related calls and overflow account management callsInitiate outbound calls as needed to assist the Business Development Manager in the organization of their pipelineProvide support to the sales team by relieving them of administrative work including but not limited to, application entry, price quotations, information input, generating lease documentation, and product trainingEvaluate the vendors needs during every call to ensure they understand the process; programs and productsProvide exceptional customer service, on demand trainings and schedule formal training if applicableWork as a liaison between approved Vendors, Sales Reps, Credit and Lease Processing teamsEnsure all processing turn times are being met including securing outstanding documentationProvide management with Vendor feedback on inefficiencies in the current process and competitive information

Skills & Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:

Bachelor's degree4 years of experience in a Service or Sales environmentEngaging and customer friendly with desire to helpGood business acumenStrong negotiation skills and persuasivenessDetail OrientedAbility to multitask in a fast paced environmentSolid written and verbal communication skillsRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsTo be self-motivated but able to work as part of a teamConfidence presenting ideas and plansExceptional organizational and time-management skillsFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the leasing industry including lease underwriting and credit requirements a plus.
