Cinema Team Leader
Responsibilities
Daily Tasks (Team Leader to Monitor & Provide Support) :
Lead by example to ensure Daily Guest Service is prioritised and implement exceptional guest service standard to meet guests expectations (Be positive & Motivate the team)Ensure Guests Film information are always available (film guides, box office tickets and promo materials)Check daily and ensure all tills are operatives and resolve any issues immediatelyDaily Ensure the box office is always clean and organised accordinglFollow daily cashing up procedures and security policy to protect assets and box office revenue. Any cash difference must be resolved immediatelyBe firm and take immediate action for any Cash or Security Breach to all box office staff.Ensure box office staff are presentable and have correct uniformEnsure box office cinema staff are trained on guest service standardsCommunicate 15min morning and evening meeting goals to office staffDaily review of all disciplinary matters, discuss with OM to resolve themTeam Leader Weekly (Concession): Report to OM
Monitor Daily Operational Tasks and meet all guest standard, review daily with team leaders daily requirementsWeekly Ensure other income are recorded and other concession third party revenues are monitored and submit report to OMWeekly submit to Retail/Concession Revenues Reports and Actual Concession Revenue Summary Report to OMReview Critic Performance Review documents and action accordinglyReview Cash Difference report and action accordinglyReview Weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Retail/Concession and set goals to achieve next week financial resultsMaintain all documents accordingly and follow a filling system which can be reviewed with OM, HR/IT-OM and OM if needed for any referenceEnsure POS Display and Promotions Materials are available and presentableCount Stock each Monday & Review Wastage Report, Shrinkage & Delivery Note, provide accurate stock information to OM - weekly Tuesday MorningWeekly Review Stock Difference and implement and document ways to improve stock issuesTeam Leader Monthly Task (Concession) - Report to OM:
Review box office revenue results against budget and communicate with box Retail/Concession staff ways to improveReview mystery shopper report and communicate success and issues and resolve all guest service issues highlighted in the reportMonthly provide 1 hour training and communicate results and issuesProduce Monthly Stock Report to OM and highlighting success and issuesTeam Leader Quarterly Task (Concession): Report to OM
Quarterly Provide Retail/Concession training to all staffProvide quarterly Retail/Concession cinema staff performance review and highlight area of improvement - records of review and performance to be reviewedTwice a year provide appraisal to all box office staff and documents improvement planReview box office training and critic review documents to maximise performanceReview daily and weekly box office revenues , communicate results against budget for businessPlan training operational and training needs agreed with OMAttend management internal meeting with OMAttend training organised by companyQualifications
