We are currently looking for several Site Supervisors. This role is a contract for 6 to 12 months (with possible extension), based in Lagos.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Preparation, planning and mobilization to SitesSupervision of ASP’s work on site.Having 3-5 ongoing site's depending on distance between sites.Ensuring that everything is according to Ericsson standard and processes.Support ASP upon technical questions.Support ASP in cases of material shortages or faulty equipment. Carry along a limited selection of Spare parts and common used material (like Connectors/Jumpers/Cable ties/nut&bolts).Perform ATP with Customer.Support documentation/ As built Red markingReport & Close Activity

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in the work area of Site Supervisor eg typical experience from working  as a Site Engineer, Installer, Civil Works construction, Civil Work design, Turn-key rollout incl. Site Acquisition etc.BEng/BSC/HND or its equivalent degree in any of the Engineering or related Fields100% time in the field inspecting site installations and supervising subcontractorsMust have valid and current tower climbing certificateMust have oral and written communication skillsWell knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite of programsAdded advantage of good knowledge of Ericsson equipment, Ericsson Installation standards, Site Engineering and QualityPlanning & organization skills, good administration skills & good social skills.
