Job Responsibilities: Carry out work assignments and prepare reports on assigned tasks. Respond to all building related electrical concerns and perform corrective/preventive maintenance as required. Participate with a team of Technicians in High rise building maintenance, repair, servicing and troubleshooting electrical system. Provide checklist on daily basis Awareness of legal regulations and safety issues Ensuring safety standards and build regulations are met.Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum of OND or Technical College in a relevant field· 1-3 years of experience· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job Responsibilities: · Reading drawings, and specifications to determine layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems· Detecting faults in plumbing appliances and systems, and correctly diagnosing their causes· Installing, repairing and maintaining domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems· Locating and marking positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors· Measuring, cutting, bending, and threading pipes using hand and power tools or machines· Joining pipes and fittings together using soldering techniques, compression fittings, threaded fittings, and push-on fittings.· Testing pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges· Awareness of legal regulations and safety issues· Ensuring safety standards and build regulations are met.Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum of OND or Technical College in a relevant field· 1-3 years of experience· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job Responsibilities:· Conduct maintenance check for air-conditions, heaters and coolers· Install Air-con and heaters.· Check leakage· Repair damage and dysfunctional air-con, heaters and coolers· Check its functions and status· Fix and check backage type and Split type· Change spare parts· Encode the reported damage of the air-con, heaters or cooler· Check the its major parts (i.e. Freon)· Conduct daily routine for inspectionsQualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum of OND or Technical College in a relevant field· 1-3 years of experience· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job Responsibilities: Repair and maintain elevators, escalators, moving sidewalks, and dumbwaiters, using hand and power tools, and testing devices such as test lamps, ammeters, and voltmeters. Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric motors. Adjust safety controls, counterweights, door mechanisms, and components such as valves, ratchets, seals, and brake linings. Check that safety regulations and building codes are met, and complete service reports verifying conformance to standards. Locate malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, and signal and control systems, using test equipment. Attach guide shoes and rollers to minimize the lateral motion of cars as they travel through shafts. Maintain log books that detail all repairs and checks performed. Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications, such as stopping at floors for set amounts of time. Disassemble defective units, and repair or replace parts such as locks, gears, cables, and electric wiring. Inspect wiring connections, control panel hookups, door installations, and alignments and clearances of cars and hoistways to ensure that equipment will operate properly. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of system components, frameworks, and foundations, and to select installation equipment. Cut prefabricated sections of framework, rails, and other components to specified dimensions. Install outer doors and door frames at elevator entrances on each floor of a structure. Install electrical wires and controls by attaching conduit along shaft walls from floor to floor and pulling plastic-covered wires through the conduit. Connect car frames to counterweights, using steel cables. Assemble elevator cars, installing each car's platform, walls, and doors. Bolt or weld steel rails to the walls of shafts to guide elevators, working from scaffolding or platforms. Operate elevators to determine power demands, and test power consumption to detect overload factors. Assemble electrically powered stairs, steel frameworks, and tracks, and install associated motors and electrical wiring.Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum of OND or Technical College in a relevant field· 1-3 years of experience· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job Responsibilities:• Male, 21 to 40 years old• With three-year minimum experience in facilities maintenance• With a good grasp on safety and emergency preparedness• A team player, high level of maturity, initiative and interpersonal skill• Preferably with certified courses in required feilds• Must have a basic knowledge on electrical, plumbing, electro mechanical, carpentry and as tinsmith.• Can work with minimum supervision• Willing to work shift hours and extend time when needed• Full-time positions available.Qualifications and Requirements:
