REGIONAL SALES MARKETING MANAGERS

Requirements

    BSc/HND in Social Sciences, Business Administration or related disciplines. MSc/MSA would be an added advantage.    Minimum of 7 years track record in sales and marketing of FMCG products or related fields.    Excellent leadership and communication skills.    Must possess strong selling/negotiation skills and proven track records of delivering growth.

SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Requirements

    HND/BSc in any discipline    Minimum of 4 years sales and marketing experience in FMCG or related fields.    Must be a goal getter and self motivated individuals    Ready to meet set targets.

ACCOUNTANTS

Requirements

    Must possess a University Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields. Postgraduate Degree would be an added advantage.    Must possess ICAN or other qualifications from related professional bodies.    Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience    Must have strong experience/knowledge of corporate finance

    Conduct analysis of key expenses such as Marketing, Supply chain, and cost of production;    monitor monthly results against budget and highlight variances    Participate in the financial aspect of investment proposal assessments    Establish product profitability by SKU and sales channel.    Develop, manage and report various set of KPIs (such as working capital, assets, and financial instruments) in a timely and accurate manner

Education:
Minimum requirement:

Responsibilities
The key role/responsibilities of the KAM are divided into two;

Building the Business- sales, coverage, display, competitive pricing andBuilding the Organization Capabilities- training, coaching, effective working tools and effective work environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery/exceeding target sales for distributor organization.Ensures all the different types of the organisations brands are always available in every store.Ensures the organisations brands (in every store) have advantage over competition – in display, visibility and pricing.Responsible for training sales reps.Responsible for ensuring the distributor is selling to customers at agreed terms with the organisation. KAM is however not responsible for the distributor’s business decisions.Responsible for ensuring the distributor sales reps are selling to retailers at the recommended retail prices.Product development and sales of company product to supermarkets.Manage distributor sales resources.Ensure timely and accurate submissions of reports on KPI’s fortnightly.Ensure accompaniment forms are complete, relevant and on time.Use of data, information for decision making.Ensure use of data down to the last person in the field.
