Engagement Manager (Nigeria) Upstream

Job Description

The position reports to the Head of the engagement direction Business Unit mobile operator . This is a key liaison between the client and the internal execution capabilities Upstream – ensure timely delivery and successful campaigns complex worldwide mobile marketing. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong potential who wants to be rewarded for his outstanding performance , while having the opportunity to gain valuable international business experience on major projects of mobile marketing. The role involves:

In partnership with its clients to provide strategic interactive solutions

Relationship management and customer expectations

Work with department heads to provide deliverables customers

Ensure the delivery of key projects on time and on budget

The development of technical and marketing concepts to meet customer requirements

Negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers

Guide the strategic implementation of recommendations

Identify and stewardship of client / brand objectives and needs

Representative enthusiasm strategy and creativity upstream

Liaise with partners worldwide

Preparation and defense business case

Helping responses to the RFP and proposal writing

The position will be based in Nigeria , with many trips to the needs of the project.

The ideal candidate will be bright , ambitious, self-driven , hard-working , flexible and have the following qualifications :

Excellent customer facing skills and internal communication in English

Able to work under pressure and achieve results in a demanding and rapidly changing environment that requires new thinking and innovation

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Strong quantitative , analytical and computer skills

Very good training , preferably in a numerate discipline

Attention to detail

Tech -savvy and comfortable in a field that combines elements from several disciplines (technology, marketing, mass psychology )

Perspective and international culture

Other key considerations

3-6 years of work experience in the areas of consulting, marketing , telecommunications or information technology

MBA or graduate degree in business ( or experience as ) more

Experience in budget management and cost control

Business development and account management experience

Understanding of mobile , web and online advertising

Marketing thinking and creative ability
