Job Title: Assistant Manager SFA Apps Support

Location: Lagos

Job Description: The role is within the Application Service Delivery Team. The successful applicant will be receiving appropriate training from Jaya Singh and Solution Delivery Team (Chennai). The position will lead a team of 4-5 support staffs and will report to Jaya Singh. The position will be responsible for day to day production support and constant training to FMCL SR, Distributor SR and accountants of KD. The activities performed include: production monitoring, problem resolution, testing and training. The candidate has to promote teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement with the team of support staffs.Education Minimum of graduate qualificationApplication Closing Date
