Our company, Swift Networks is an Indigenous Internet Service Provider Company with outlets spread all over Lagos State. Our core services are the provision of high speed internet services, telephony and IP – VPN services to both residential and enterprise subscribers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the integrity of General ledgerImplement procedures according to laid down Corporate financial policiesProduce various relevant  reports to assist Management in taking key decisionsEnsure that costs are properly tracked and that OPEX and CAPEX are within approved budget(s)Prepare and implement budgets for the entire CompanyIn charge of  costing of Company’s products, materials, and servicesDemonstrate cost cutting initiatives aimed at providing best solutions at minimal costsDevelop and implement effective control framework and management systems to guide and support business operationsInvolve in procurement functionsPlan and manage the material ordering process and ensure constant availabilityEnsure that monthly general ledger entries CAPEX and OPEX accruals and provisions are raisedPrepare monthly management accountsDevelop analytical tools to evaluate business proposals and identify best decisionsActive involvement in day to day management of teamCarry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

A good first degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields with a minimum of second class honours degree (upper division), from a reputable University

-Must be a Chartered Accountant

- Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in a middle management position of a reputable organisation

Key Output

Design, develop, and implement Microsoft CRM/ERP and Web ApplicationsMicrosoft CRM/ERP and Web Applications customization, testing, integration, implementation and supportReporting, monitoring Microsoft CRM/ERP and Web Applications performance, system analysis and improvementsTaking ownership of technical issues, and working with our vendors to resolve more advanced issues when necessaryResolving escalated customer complaints with minimum or no assistance from the manager or team lead

 Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server  development and administration skillsExperience in development languages/environments including .NET (C#, VB), ASP, JavaScript, JQuery, VBScript, XML etcExperience in the following software: C/C++ and Crystal ReportsKnowledge of Windows OS and LINUX/UNIX operating systemsFirm grasp of how the web works, networking, and software productsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionExcellent communication (verbal& written) skillsA good team player

A first degree in Science or Engineering related courses with a minimum of 2nd class honors (Upper division), from a reputable university preferred. Other degrees with a minimum of 2nd class honors (Upper division) with relevant experience may also apply.

A minimum of three (3) years experience in administering and supporting SQL and Web applications, with a proven record of success. Telecoms experience will be an added advantage
