BMS Operator (Monitoring)

Responsibilities:

The BMS Operator (Monitoring) will be responsible for;

Operations and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems, VESDA & FM200.Operation and maintenance of Water Leakage Detection Systems for Data Center.Operation and maintenance of Access Control , CCTV SystemsOperation and maintenance of Rodent Repellent System.Operation and maintenance of Branch Circuit Power Monitoring (BCPM) System.Operation and maintenance of HVAC Systems (CHILLERS,PAHU’s AHU’s, TFA’s etc.)Monitoring and reporting of All Electrical systems (Energy Meters, UPS, PDU, Feeders & TransformersPreparation and Submission of Daily, Weekly Reports.Attend to and fix day to day operational problems pertaining to Access Control, VMS (Visitor Management System), Fire Alarm systems, CCTV issues, VESDA, & BMSEnsuring that the team is meeting the SLAs with clients in all aspects

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

2-3yrs minimum in a similar role.HND/BSc in engineering/related fieldDocumentation & ReportingGood communication & interpersonal skills, multitasking with an ability to interact with a wide range of people and be a Good Team playerDocumentation & Reporting
