Qualifications and Skill Requirement

B.Sc in Marketing, Administration or related fieldsMinimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing and knowledge of print technologyTarget driven with passion for salesStrong understanding of customer and market dynamicsSuperior interpersonal, relationship building with strong customer orientationGood negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Generate new leads and businesses for the companyDevelop a marketing strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitabilityPrepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospectsInitiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate and win new customersProvide timely feedback to senior management regarding performanceAssist in coordination and management of the press facility and staffMaintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfactionDemonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
