W-holistic Business Solutions is looking to recruit a qualified individual for the position of Sales Manager for its client, a pharmaceutical company in Lagos.

Responsibilities

Supervise the activities of the Sales Team and ensure optimal effectiveness and efficiency to achieve the company’s targets and objectives.Effective implementation of business development strategies of the company.Assist with the preparation of annual and sales departmental budget and ensure that it is adhered to.Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans.Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying trends and determining system improvements thereby implementing change.Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.Manage client relationships through feedbacks from reporting staff; maintain high standards of customer service and cordial relationship with key customers.Responsible for the sale of products within the assigned portfolio deploying best practice to achieve sales target.

Requirements

First degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related disciplinePostgraduate/professional qualification in any relevant discipline will be an added advantageMinimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in sales and marketingMust possess human management skillsMust be apt in selling and business negotiation
