Special Channels Executive

Purpose of Role:

Responsible for managing the Special Channel call centre team and online media.

Accountabilities

Deal directly with the call centre representatives managing customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaintsprovide pricing and delivery information, process orders, forms, applications and requestsorganize workflow to meet customer timeframes, direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resourcemanage customers' accounts, keep records of customer interactions and transactionsrecord details of inquiries, comments, complaints and record details of actions takenconsolidates and distribute customer and sales activity reportsmaintain customer databases, manage administration and follow up on customer interactionsprovide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processLiaise with the assign vendor and check the progress of deliveries of customers’ orders to the event and keep record of inventories.To send daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to manager and team as directed and in specified formats.Maintain a database of special channel assets and information as may be deemed relevant

Purpose of Role

Responsible for managing and executing the Guinness Nigeria Special Channel strategy in the region comprising Aba, Benin, Ibadan, Jos , EnuguManaging the Special Channel managers in the specified divisions

Manage a seamless party/event intelligence workflow (soliciting / scouting around for parties / events)Develop strategy document for the region as an input into the national strategy plan.Oversees the seamless execution of all activities within the regionBuild and maintain relationships with Special Channel stakeholders and partners in the region.Managing the Special Channel managers in the division

Qualification and Experience Required

-The Master Control Operator will be responsible for performing all on-air operations to include recording, downloading, uploading and editing of all on-air programming and commercial material in a live news programme.
- Operate all control room equipment associated with a typical live news programme .
- Monitor and maintain the quality, continuity and availability of multiple networks and distribution channels in a live and non-live environment.
- Monitors video/audio quality and signal availability using waveform monitors, meters and other test and monitoring equipment
-Prepare and maintain sports, news programmes and associated database for air

- Capture and encoding of content related to on-air schedules.
- Assists media operations group in the recording and storage of content feeds

-Manages deployment and retrieval of playlists and as-run files, and monitors commercial insertion system

-Integrates live and previously recorded program content with commercial and promotional spots

-Must have experience with Newtek Tricaster, live production equipment and streaming and encoding solutions

- Operate and control Camera and Camera equipment in the Studio and all Camera Equipment.

- Operating and control the Camera and on the field or outside broadcasts, for recorded and live television broadcasts and recordings.

-Assembling and setting up equipment.

-Cover daily assignments with the Reporters and gather news stories.
